Rob grew up playing in the forests and subdivisions under construction in Niagara during the 90s. Every summer he would pack up his bags and attend Ontario Pioneer Camp where he caught the canoe tripping bug. After buying his first camera in 2004 (Canon A95) he was hooked and was soon the designated canoe trip photographer.
His tripping experience around the Chiniguchi region quickly garnered Rob as a go to source for images surrounding Wolf Lake in 2012. Later that year he returned with a fellow photographers to document the region to show others what was at stake. The Save Wolf Lake timelapse film was a key component to garner support to protect the region. Rob continues to pursue his passion for photography while living and working downtown Toronto, occasionally escaping for the solace of the wild.
